Refund policy
At HBL Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return request.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unworn, unwashed and unused;
- be returned in its original condition;
- have all its original tags;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any item showing signs of use, washing, perfume, make-up or any other damage cannot be accepted or refunded.

Returns made without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Return costs
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of a preparation error on our part or receipt of a defective item.
Defective product or order error
Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@hblstudio.fr, attaching photographs of the product concerned. We will do everything we can to find a quick solution.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, stained or perfumed, or whose tags have been removed, cannot be returned.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
At HBL Studio, we accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging.
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability only.
To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@hblstudio.fr, stating your order number and the size or style you would like.
If the requested item is no longer available, you can choose between a refund or a credit note.
Return costs for an exchange remain the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or receipt of a defective item.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations in force in the European Union, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Returned items must meet all the return conditions set out in this policy.
Refunds
When your return is received, it will be inspected to check that it meets the return conditions.
If your return is accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used for your order within a maximum of 14 working days.
Depending on your bank, additional time may be needed before the refund appears on your account.
If, 15 working days after your return has been approved, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@hblstudio.fr.
