Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Delivery costs and returns
In the event of a return, the original delivery costs are refunded up to the rate of the cheapest standard delivery offered at the time of the order (Mondial Relay). Return costs remain the customer's responsibility, in accordance with our refund policy.
Possible delays
HBL Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs conditions. In the event of an exceptional delay, our customer service remains available at contact@hblstudio.fr
