Prices are shown in euros (€).
Under the micro-enterprise scheme, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the CGI).
Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
Any order confirmed on the website constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
HBL Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with a customer or suspected fraud.

5. Payment
Purchases are paid for using the secure payment methods offered on the website.
The order is considered final once payment has been validated.

6. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery times are given for information only:
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days
HBL Studio cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- in their original condition;
- with their original tags.
Return costs remain the customer's responsibility.

8. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method used for the purchase.

9. Defective products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact HBL Studio at:
